I talked to someone who I had recommended the phrase "web components". They googled the phrase and found this website and assumed it was the authoritative website on the topic .
They were dismayed to see reference to npm early in the documentation as it indicated a potential code smell that this was linked to issues with JavaScript focused development with npm. This was their opinion.
Is this reference necessary? Could it come later? Or with reference to other build steps possible than just using Npm ?
