PulseAid is a dedicated Android application designed to streamline the blood donation process by connecting donors, hospitals, and blood banks in real-time. Built with a robust MVVM architecture, it ensures high performance and reliability during emergencies.
The app provides specialized interfaces for four different roles:
- Admin: Manage all blood requests, monitor users, and broadcast emergency alerts.
- Donor: View nearby blood requirements, maintain a donation profile, and receive notifications.
- Hospital: Create urgent blood requests and manage clinical inventory needs.
- Blood Bank: Update local blood stocks and coordinate with the central system.
- Firebase Integration: Secure authentication and real-time data syncing via Firestore.
- Emergency Broadcasting: Admins can send instant alerts for critical blood shortages.
