SESSION_SETTING_KEYS already listed stt_enabled; ProjectSessionSettingsResponse did not, so typecheck failed on list/set.

CLI session settings include
session.stt_enabledso operators can list and set the project default STT flag (same key as the dashboard).Verified locally (
