coreutils-8.32-x64-win.zip has been in the repository since vlang#181. Nothing references it: the Windows CI job downloads uutils/coreutils with engineerd/configurator, and no script or test looks for the archive. It is now gitignored so it can still be dropped in locally for reference.

coreutils-8.32-x64-win.zip has been in the repository since #181, adding 9.7MB to every clone.
Nothing references it: the Windows CI job downloads uutils/coreutils via \engineerd/configurator, and no script, test or build step looks for the archive.
It is removed here and gitignored, so it can still be dropped in locally when a Win32 GNU coreutils reference build is wanted.
