- Migrated to Yarn 4/Corepack with an immutable lockfile.
- Added Biome configuration mapped to existing ESLint rules.
- Added Vitest Node/browser/headless projects and a minimal Tape compatibility wrapper.
- Updated CI, release, and website workflows for Yarn 4 and Playwright.
- Applied minimal TypeScript 6 compatibility settings.
- Removed obsolete ESLint, Puppeteer, and direct TypeScript dependencies.
- Avoided source rewrites; test changes are limited to import replacements.
