Define the authentication tag size (16 bytes) and IV size (12 bytes) for SRT AES-GCM, with a note on the GCM IV layout (packet index at bytes 8..11, salt XORed over 12 bytes), which differs from the AES-CTR block. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
