Preserve session ownership, send recovery and existing permission guards. 改动说明
用户现在可以从主对话中的代码变更直接进入审核或打开文件。展开 diff 后，“审核 / 打开 / 回退这项改动”统一显示在代码下方同一行；三个按钮直接使用同一个容器，相邻间距都是 8px。收起 diff 后，操作行随之隐藏。
点击“审核”会打开右侧审阅区并定位对应历史变更；“打开”沿用现有文件解析和查看入口。右侧行号旁的“＋”支持点击单行、按住向上或向下拖动选择多行，松开后聚焦行内意见输入框。Shift 选行仍可使用，原来的常驻操作说明已移除。
保存后的意见继续嵌在对应代码行下方，支持移除，并提示随下一条消息发送。主对话和聊天输入框上方不再显示评论表单或附件卡片。发送失败、会话切换、队列编辑等流程保留结构化草稿及其所属会话；已有权限和回退保护不变，没有新增 IPC 或数据库格式。
验证结果
限制
每个会话支持一条待发送意见，结构化草稿仅保存在内存中。代码与行号来自历史快照，AI 仍需读取当前文件后再修改。
本轮未重跑完整桌面测试。此前全量结果为 2456 通过、44 失败、8 跳过；其中 43 项在当时基线复现，另 1 项是未改动的打包测试在 Windows 清理临时目录时遇到 EBUSY。未做 macOS/Linux 原生验证。
界面对比
以下均为 Windows 完整应用截图。原版为 0b387cf，截图候选基于 b71fcf0；发布提交已同步至 43a60ae，功能 UI 未变；会话和内容不同，不是严格的像素对照。
