feat(reminders): add ability to snooze reminders - #163

- add snooze button to fired reminders with preset or custom duration - keep fired reminders for 1d - clear expired reminders with daily purge - key reminder jobs by time and claim before sending so stale jobs can't resend - exclude fired reminders from reminder limit - pass --no-hints to prisma generate Note: DB push required for the new reminder `firedAt` column Note: Prisma generate now shows an interactive prompt which messes up our flow if we don't pass the flag as we run it through turbo which is NOT interactive.
