feat(dotnet): test on the .NET 10 SDK by default - #79

Conversation
.NET 8 and .NET 9 both reach end of support on 10 November 2026, and .NET 10 is the current LTS. The dotnet stack and the stack-dotnet workflow now default to ["10.0"] instead of ["8.0","9.0"]; the GitLab job falls back to the 10.0 image. Existing ci.yml files keep the list they were written with until the next `repokeeper update`. A project that still targets net8.0 or net9.0 should move to net10.0 or set `stack_options.dotnet.versions`.

Summary
.NET 8 and .NET 9 both reach end of support on 10 November 2026; .NET 10 is the current LTS.
The dotnet stack now tests on the .NET 10 SDK alone by default.
stack-dotnet.yml: thedotnet-versionsinput defaults to["10.0"](was["8.0","9.0"]).repokeeper init/updatewrite["10.0"]intoci.ymlunlessstack_options.dotnet.versionsis set.mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk:10.0image.net10.0, andworkflow-testsruns it on["10.0"].Why
["10.0"]and not["8.0","10.0"]: .NET 8 ends in three weeks, so a default that stillinstalls it would hand every new project an SDK that is about to lose support.
What this means for existing repos: generated
ci.ymlfiles already passdotnet-versions, sonothing changes for them until their next
repokeeper update. The .NET 10 SDK only ships the.NET 10 runtime, so a project that still targets
net8.0ornet9.0should move tonet10.0or set
stack_options.dotnet.versionsbefore updating.Testing
npm run typecheck, biome check .,npm test(524 passed) andnpm run buildpass locally. The fixture's four commands (restore, format check, build, test) pass on the .NET 10.0.401 SDK.
