docs(playground): say a Dependabot action bump is not drift - #78

repokeeper 0.11.0 no longer counts a newer version of an action a managed step uses as drift. The drift check's hint in the playground now says so.

Since 0.11.0, a Dependabot pull request that moves an action used by a managed step is not drift:
checkpasses andupdatekeeps the newer version. The playground's hint for the drift check now says so.The cache cleanup, Dependabot auto-merge and publishing switches were already on the playground with their "needs 0.11.0" notes, which are correct now that 0.11.0 is out. Checked at phone and desktop width, no console errors.
