Reformat the terraform module with current fmt - #124

The module's equals-sign alignment predates terraform 1.x, so it went dirty the moment anyone ran fmt. Verified against 1.5.7, 1.9.8, 1.13.5 and 1.15.8, all of which remove the alignment.
