The README said the available experiment adapters are lifecycle, storage, and http-readiness. memory, cpu, and network adapters exist in internal/runtime/ and are fully wired into validate.go and checks.go, but were never added to this sentence. This updates it to list all six.
Tested: documentation only change, no code touched.
