The lint and kind_test entries in config.yaml were commented out with no explanation, unlike the neighboring ci_devel entry which is explicitly marked old and noisy. Both lint.yml and kind_test.yml are live workflows called from urunc's own ci.yml, so the dashboard currently has no visibility into two critical checks. This uncomments both entries.
Tested: validated the YAML parses correctly after the change.
