Summary

Intent:

  • Define a durable request-lifecycle history that can explain how Stovepipe reached a request outcome.
  • Align the model with SubmitQueue's bounded status/event history while preserving Stovepipe's single-service ownership and repair semantics.

Changes:

  • Specify the append-only entity, state and event vocabularies, stable identities, and queue-scoped storage contract.
  • Define source-write, history-write, and dependent-publish ordering together with idempotent retry and rollout requirements.
