A couple of things about the Loger aren't explained on the corresponding wiki page

Description

Hi,

In this screenshot of the Logger some items in the second column are struck through and some rows have an orange background, but neither seems to be explained on the Logger wiki page. While I suppose that the former has to do with rules overriding and the latter denotes a defuser scriptlet, it would probably be better if precise info were given on the page.
