A couple of things about the Loger aren't explained on the corresponding wiki page

Description

Hi,

In this screenshot of the Logger some items in the second column are struck through and some rows have an orange background, but neither seems to be explained on the Logger wiki page. While I suppose that the former has to do with rules overriding and the latter denotes a defuser scriptlet, it would probably be better if precise info were given on the page.

(I did see the A defuser scriptlet was injected into the page (+js(...)) item in the Yellow list on the wiki page, but since yellow is the color of blocked DOM elements and the rows on the screenshot are more orange/dark yellow, I thought maybe something about color-coding had changed and the change wasn't reflected on the page).
