When AppImage packaging is enabled, publish that exact file in the signed update manifest and emit its SHA-256 sidecar; retain ZIP/tar assets without requiring products to derive sibling URLs. Add Linux install-kind detection and selection isolation so portable, AppImage, and package-manager installations do not cross update channels. Full Racket suite: 8,871 tests passed. Fixes #195.
