Summary

build x64 rpm and AppImage artifacts on Ubuntu 24.04
install the rpm through DNF in Fedora 44, validate its desktop integration, launch it under native headless Wayland, and uninstall it
launch the AppImage outside the build tree under native headless Wayland on Ubuntu 24.04
upload exact versions, hashes, package-manager transcripts, application logs, and compositor logs
define a vendor-lifecycle-driven Linux qualification matrix without prematurely promoting Linux from developer preview

The distro-specific install/launch evidence is intentionally delegated to the new Linux CI jobs.
