Suggestions for Image Scan OCR

I've just discovered your app - and it's great! It's really going to simplify my worfklow - thanks for this !

Two ideas that would make it even easier to use for me :

• Ability to refresh the files of the current folder (eg. right-clicking on the left-hand list of files with a "refresh" option.
• Ability to paste an image, rather than relying on file browsing.
