I came into the Salesforce ecosystem and development through a background of higher education, nonprofits, and organizational and personal development—the Birkman Method, OCAI, and years of work on how people and teams actually function. That order matters. I tend to start with where someone gets stuck, before any data model, and so the solutions/tools I build are mostly about making the right information visible at the moment a person needs it or making repetitive actions easier.
When I'm not supporting my colleagues with solutions for our clients in the association and fraternal group market, I share my time on personal products and leading development on Salesforce Indicators, an Open Source Commons project.
Right now I'm applying the same instinct to AI: the interesting question isn't what an agent can do, it's whether it understands enough about the person, process, and purpose on the other side so that it becomes worth trusting. Empathy and comprehension aren't soft additions to that problem. They're the specification.

A set of AI Skills that encode structured thinking frameworks — the goal being an assistant that reasons through a problem the way a practitioner would, rather than pattern-matching to a confident-sounding answer.
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
| Four-Frame Model | Runs a decision through Bolman & Deal's structural, human resource, political, and symbolic frames before landing on a verdict. |
| Six Thinking Hats | Applies de Bono's parallel-thinking method to separate emotion, risk, optimism, and process instead of collapsing them. |
| Salesforce dev & test patterns | Codifies the conventions and testing discipline that keep Apex and LWC work maintainable. |
