Add the Broadcasts tag + 11 operations to specs/openapi.yml (list, create, retrieve, update, archive, duplicate, send, schedule, cancel, retrieve/put content) with Broadcast, BroadcastSchedule, BroadcastListResponse, Create/Update/Send/ScheduleBroadcastRequest schemas (channel enum + full error responses). Add the broadcasts resource to specs/stainless.yml and node/e2e/broadcasts.e2e.test.ts. C-19454 Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
