Stage S1 is done: php-src #38, php-async #306 and #307, server #360, every platform green. Hand mutants on the php-async diff (rule 28.2): 6 of 10 killed by the asynctest; the survivors are an equivalent mutant, a branch Linux cannot reach, and two branches that only a Windows AF_UNIX listener exercises (new item 34). The Windows accept-rate measurement is item 33.
