An unavailable implementation such as
missingcan resolve to CPython on PATH. Callers then receive an interpreter where they expected no match, as seen in tox #4375. Fixes #238.Discovery checks the reported implementation for generic Python filenames when the request names another implementation. Literal executable name aliases keep their existing behavior.
