The reusable workflows and composite actions in this repo run with release secrets in every consumer repository, so a missed injection or unsafe input here reaches all of them. 🛡️ CodeQL now runs the
security-extendedquery suite foractionsandpythoninstead ofdefault, which adds lower-precision security queries at roughly 10-30% more analysis time.Scanning skips
tests, where fixtures and test helpers would raise alerts nobody will fix. The Python undertools, which the actions call, stays in scope. The suite and the ignore list sit inline in the workflow, so no separate CodeQL config file is needed.
