A modular Python desktop application built with Tkinter for managing freelancer-client matching. The system handles user profiles, project tracking, skill-based automated matching, and hourly rate calculations using persistent JSON and text data storage.

This project is part of my Machine Learning training at NTI. It focuses on building a predictive model using the UCI Heart Disease Dataset to determine whether a patient is likely to have heart disease based on clinical features.
