Adds the
samsung-gear-360-ndi-streamrepository to the Terraform-managed GitHub configuration. The project reverse-engineers the Samsung Gear 360 Android app protocol and reimplements it as a Rust desktop application that connects to the camera and exposes its live stream over NDI for consumption in Resolume.Includes the
