Tests moved to tests/ as its own go module (isolates modernc.org/sqlite from the root module). SchemaExt()/TopologicalSort migrated per DDLC_DEPENDENCY_PROPOSAL.md: ddlc.FieldExt -> model.FieldExt, ddlc.TopologicalSort -> ddl.TopologicalSort. sqlt no longer imports ddlc. Decouples sqlt from the deprecated tinywasm/orm module. Implements storage.Compiler for DML and ddl.Compiler for DDL. Includes comprehensive conformance test suites.
