Give hive seats persistent sessions and CortexDB memory
Lands #105/#107 (hive lab, persistent seat sessions, recall port) on main beside #106 (WorkingMemory). Keeps both memory ports; renumbers hive-lab's ADR to 0030 since main already took 0029. This updates both thevendor/openhumangitlink and theopenhuman/openhuman-embedgit revs. tinymemory stays at4b183231and tinytools at8e5008c3; both match whatcbde5069vendors.cbde5069after opencompany#2568. It links a single OpenHuman, so its TinyHiveMind pin has to agree with this one. This PR is the first step of the OpenCompany cutover to thetinyhivemind-hivesCoordinator.Merge resolution
