This PR fixes the Calico version reported in the installation status when the installed variant is open source Calico. Without this fix the operator reports the Calico Enterprise release instead, no matter which variant is installed. The reported version is resolved from the installed variant, which the Enterprise operator needs since it also manages Calico variant installs during a migration.
