Reason: Recommend MiniMax-M3.1-Flash in the generated and example memory configuration, with current effort and regional endpoint guidance.

Summary

• Recommend MiniMax-M3.1-Flash first and MiniMax-M3 as the alternative, following the existing explicit-model configuration convention. Existing saved, custom, and legacy model IDs continue to pass through unchanged.
• Document Flash's five output_config.effort levels and default max, always-on thinking, and unsupported service_tier; retain M3's optional adaptive thinking. Use the currently documented China host api.minimax.cn, while preserving configured legacy hosts.
• Exercise the actual serialized Messages HTTP requests for default/explicit effort, global/current China/legacy China hosts, saved model IDs, tool responses, and complete reasoning/tool/image/video history. No unused runtime metadata is introduced.

Test plan

• Exercised the change locally: 70 focused provider/configuration tests pass with frozen root dependencies.
• bun run check passes (format, lint, typecheck).
• Exact-head platform CI passes bun run build, the full bun test suite, and package smoke checks on Ubuntu 24.04/26.04, macOS 15/26, and Windows. Ubuntu 26.04 reports 805 pass, 4 skip, 0 fail across 112 files.
• Exact-head quality CI passes frozen source/web installs, formatting, lint, and type checking.
• Local build limitation: the shared build lock timed out after 1,800 seconds before starting the build, then disk fell below the workspace's 100 GiB floor for new heavy setup. The local pre-build suite reported 792 pass, 4 skip, and 13 missing-dist/ failures; the complete build and suite were subsequently verified through the passing CI run on this commit.
• Noted limitations: HTTP responses are mocked; no paid inference or account availability check was performed. Explicit model selection and transport behavior are unchanged.
