Added logging to web UI and to a specified Discord channel

I'm new to C# and Node, feedback welcome.

I discovered and fixed a related bug while testing the logging enhancement: notification logs were showing generic type names ('Movie', 'TVShow', 'Music') instead of actual titles.

Added commit 1223765 to address this issue.

Just giving you an update, sorry I haven't gotten to this yet, please give me some time as I have a few things going on and currently looking at another pull request.

FYI I've been running this for about 3 or 4 weeks now, seems stable and functional for whatever that's worth.

@thomst08 this is getting ridiculous... If you're unable to review and approve PRs, may I suggest you ask the community for help and add some reviewers and approvers, or maybe someone with capacity should fork and maintain this project.

@ChillBill77 or other code contributors here might be candidates.

any updates? this isn't a significant change, are you planning on looking at this soon? you've made several commitments to do so here and on discord. again, perhaps you should consider asking the community to help you manage this project.

In short no, I have a lot of life commitments going on at the moment and that is taking all my spare time.
Yes I respond on Discord when I see a message, but no, I have not had time to code for this project due to very limited time.
I don't mind if someone would like to help manage the project, but I have had no one ask directly if they would like to take over the role. That has been in the back of my mind for a long time.

Again, I am sorry, I have nothing to show right now, I do honestly want that to change, but I need time.
