Update the action runtime from node20 to node24 per GitHub's recommendation, and bump all dependencies to their latest versions. The latest @actions/core@3 and @actions/github@9 are ESM-only, so the action is migrated to ESM: package.json gains "type": "module", the bundler is swapped from ncc (no ESM support) to esbuild emitting ESM bundles, and tsconfig targets node24. - action.yml: using node20 -> node24 - @actions/core 1 -> 3, @actions/github 6 -> 9 (ESM-only) - drop unused @actions/exec, @actions/io, @actions/tool-cache - add @octokit/types (previously only transitive), esbuild - @types/node 22 -> 26, prettier 3.3 -> 3.9, typescript 5.6 -> 5.9 (TS 7 is the native preview compiler; incompatible with tsc tooling) - CI: checkout/setup-node v3 -> v4, pin node 24 - fix stale package.json main field - 0 npm audit vulnerabilities (was 7) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
