Geoserver 2.28.4 proofing
Pushing any change to branch upgrade-geoserver-2.28.x-testing-branch (and also Master), will generate a new geoserver image to docker hub. Tested at building:
All the plugins and geoserver version, and architecture are all defined in file: build-config.yml
However, these images haven't been tested yet on an AWS server (pending).
