🔍Several repository methods contain:

catch (Exception)
{
    throw;
}

These blocks simply rethrow exceptions without doing anything useful. You can remove them or introduce meaningful error handling so database failures don't unexpectedly crash the application.

🔍You've stored StartTime, EndTime, and Duration as strings. This works with SQLite, but using DateTime and TimeSpan in your C# model would make calculations and validation easier. You could then handle string conversion when saving and retrieving data from SQLite.

🔍Unit tests would have been great for this project, I strongly recommend you add it from the next project onwards.
