🔍Improve database connection management; You're keeping a single SqliteConnection open throughout the application's lifetime. For a small console application, this might work, but it's best practice better to create and dispose of connections for individual database operations.

🔍There are no update and delete functions. If the user accidentally inputs a shift incorrectly it can't be undone.

🔍Your Readme doesn't contain enough information. We need at least a quick explanation of the design of the system and a reflection about your experience building the app.
