Closes #6

Summary

  • Replaces naive dropFirst(7) string slicing with MediaUtils.resolveURL and MediaUtils.resolveFilePath.
  • Preserves fragments and query strings in URL(string:) for AVFoundation while stripping them for filesystem operations.
  • Updates getMediaMetadata to classify media based on path extensions and content (AVURLAsset video/audio tracks and CGImageSource).
  • Reports rich diagnostic information (fileExists, readable, size, tracksStatus, tracksError) if media cannot be read.
