This PR adds a container stack and a check that runs the worktree story across hosts.

On one host the second worker already has the project on disk, so the interesting half of the claim is never exercised: the tree is there whether or not anything shipped it. In docker/compose.yml worker B is a container with an empty project volume, and each worker has its own filesystem and hostname; what they share is the Temporal cluster and one libSQL server. scripts/cross-host-check.sh builds the image, has a session write a file on worker A, kills A's container, brings up B, and reads the file back from B's own disk rather than from the transcript.

Not covered: one libSQL server, so this shows a shared store over a network rather than one that survives losing a node. It needs Docker and an OpenAI key, and it does not run in CI.

On one host the second worker already has the project on disk, so a session moving to it never has to bring its tree along. The compose stack gives worker B an empty project volume, and the check kills worker A's container mid-session and reads the file back on B.
