Without affinity any worker draws any session and rebuilds the tree from snapshot packs on its first step. Behind `OPENCODE_TEMPORAL_WORKTREE_AFFINITY=1` the queue is derived from the project worktree, so only the workers standing in that tree poll it, at the cost of a session waiting when none of them is up.

This PR adds worker affinity, off by default, behind
OPENCODE_TEMPORAL_WORKTREE_AFFINITY=1.Without it every worker polls one queue, and a worker drawing a session whose tree it has never seen rebuilds it from snapshot packs on its first step. Affinity avoids the rebuild by routing: the queue name is derived from the project worktree (
queue.ts), and only workers serving that tree poll it. It is keyed on the project worktree rather than the session directory, so a session started from a subfolder does not wait on a queue nobody polls.It trades availability for latency, which is why it is opt-in: a session whose tree has no worker polling waits rather than being served elsewhere. Both processes log the queue they use, and the key is derived from the path alone, never from the filesystem, so a client and a worker that do not see the same disk still agree.
