Server added support for child workflow versioning override, SDK now needs to expose this.
Describe the solution you'd like
- expose VersioningOverride on ChildWorkflowOptions and propagate it to child-start commands
- map invalid child overrides to a typed InvalidVersioningOverrideError
- cover pinned, auto-upgrade, and one-time behavior
