Yes. I am using this for a form submission. Sometimes users are submitting the form by hitting the save button (added via extraHtml param) and this will take them to a different page, but without finishing necessary actions in the remaining tabs.

An option to make it mandatory to navigate through all (selected / mandatory) tabs

Tried using a javascript call back when submitting the form.
