docs: mark ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR as coming soon on the security page - #260

Replace the "ISO 27001 Certified" claims in all 11 locales with a coming-soon status for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR, linking to the community announcement and the Trust Center (trust.teable.ai). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
