Two things the first A64 runs of #76 and the 6.12.111 allmodconfig census ran into.

• The nightly built bzImage modules on every row, and arm64 has no bzImage, so the A64 build stopped right after configuring. A64 now builds Image modules.
• 6.12 is era E10 and there was no census fragment for it, so the 6.12.111 allmodconfig census stopped before building. E10 gets one that turns DWARF off like E11's. It leaves KCOV alone, since 6.12 still asks the compiler before offering it.
• E11's census fragment no longer turns off arm64 pointer authentication and BTI. The AArch64 kernel flags: -mno-outline-atomics, -mbranch-protection and friends rucc#2286 is closed, and both arm64 defconfigs build and boot with them on.
