usdt deposit history and details break at accessibility text sizes #983

Observed

At the largest accessibility text size (AX5), on USDT deposits, seen at #973 fb7e53a (that PR fixed the action buttons, not these):

• deposit history rows truncate network, status and amount ("Ethe…", "Needs…", "4,00…");
• the deposit detail grid breaks words in the middle ("RECEIVIN/G", "Arbitru/m One");
• on USDT Send recipient, a drag that starts on the camera preview does not scroll the screen.

Expected

At accessibility sizes, rows wrap or stack instead of truncating, grid labels wrap at word boundaries, and the recipient area scrolls from anywhere.

Steps to reproduce

1. xcrun simctl ui <udid> content_size accessibility-extra-extra-extra-large, or Settings › Accessibility › Larger Text at the maximum.
2. With at least one cross-network deposit, open Cross-Network Deposits (history), then a deposit (summary grid).
3. Open USDT Send recipient and drag on the camera preview.

Root cause

The history rows and the summary grid use fixed columns with single-line text. Words with no break opportunity get split mid-word when a column is narrower than the word. The camera preview captures the drag gesture.

Suggested fix

At dynamicTypeSize.isAccessibilitySize, stack the row fields vertically and use a single-column grid, the same AnyLayout switch already used for the action buttons. Let the scroll view take the drag over the preview (simultaneous gesture), or keep a scrollable margin.
