bug: payment requests stop arriving without a warning when the pubky session is inactive #977

What happened?

A Pubky Shop order on staging stayed at "Awaiting payment": its payment request never reached Bitkit iOS 3.0.0, although Bitkit was open and online. Bitkit had written nothing to its homeserver since the previous day, so its Pubky session was most likely no longer active.

Payment request intake (AppScene.swift:1348 and :1438 at v3.0.0) runs only while the Pubky profile is authenticated, the app is in the foreground and online, so with an inactive session it skips every request without telling the user. The only recovery is for the user to guess that something is wrong.

Reported by @catch-21 on staging.

Expected behavior

When the Pubky session is no longer active, Bitkit tells the user (for example on the profile and contacts screens) and offers to reconnect, instead of silently ignoring incoming payment requests. After reconnecting, pending requests arrive.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sign in to a Pubky profile in Bitkit iOS and let the session become inactive (for example, leave it signed in for a day on staging).
  2. From the Pubky Shop, place an order that sends a payment request to this Bitkit.
  3. The order waits at "Awaiting payment" and Bitkit shows no request and no warning.
