bug: private payments use the previous wallet's key after a wallet reset #814

What happened?

After a wallet reset, private payment connections keep using the previous wallet's cached Noise key until the app restarts.

Expected behavior

After a wallet reset, private payment connections use the new wallet's key without an app restart.
