Problem or use case
Paykit moves to Pubky 0.14 before Bitkit releases Paykit, building on its Pubky 0.12 and Pubky Noise rc10 upgrade (pubky/paykit-rs#165). This goes into 2.6.0, because doing it after the release needs a complex migration.
Proposed solution
Once a Paykit release on Pubky 0.14 is published, update Bitkit to that release.
