All weather data entries were deleted from weather.json, leaving the file empty. #14
Changed project SDK from BlazorWebAssembly to ASP.NET Core Web, updating build and feature set accordingly. #15
Added PropertyGroup to disable debug symbols and set DebugType to None for Release configuration, reducing output size and removing debugging info. #15
