Preserve an Alef-generated native Rakefile when applying the Kettle overlay. Avoid letting a separately planned scaffold cleanup overwrite the merged file, and document the Alef ownership handoff and destination-preferred configuration.
The integration fixture is generated by Alef 0.128.0 from StructuredMerge core and checks that repeated templating retains native cross-compilation and Kettle tasks without drift.
Validation: targeted integration examples; Alef verify and scaffold ownership checks against StructuredMerge core. Broader checks are in progress.
