There are new 2026 root and 3b certs so add these to images. Leave older certs for backwards compatability while service move to the new certs

Can we drop this - since it looks like we've switch to the new chain so it's just potentially going to add confusion

The 2007 and 2B expire Oct 30 09:00:00 2027 GMT so we can remove them then
