Boundary coverage for the five 0.3.0 modules: streaming cliff edges, route overwrite/missing/single-hop, tranche 10000bps cap + creator auth, whitelist open-list/idempotent-add/remove-empty, fee preview zero/full/truncation. 232 tests green.
